St. Xavier’s Sr. Sec. School, Khera, Pilkhuwa in the district of Hapur is an ICSE and ISC school established in 1984 by the Catholic Diocese of Meerut. The institution is owned and governed by the Catholic Diocese of Meerut and functions under Gyan Deep Education Society, a body registered under the Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860.

The school is also a minority educational institution in accordance with Article 29 and 30 of the Constitution of India. It is open to all children irrespective of caste and creed, though preference is given to children of the Christian community. The school upholds its motto "To Know, To Love and To Serve", aiming to provide holistic education and develop responsible citizens.

The institution focuses on nurturing students by developing their physical, intellectual, moral, social, creative, and aesthetic faculties.
